Souen, 31, started her career as an Art Director at Marcel (Publicis Network) in January 2008 under the guidance of Anne de Maupeou.

In 2016, after few months sabbatical travelling accross Asia, she joined Buzzman, an independant agency based in Paris. 

Souen has worked for several high-profile brands such as Intermarché, DS, Orange International, Ray-Ban, Contrex (Nestlé Waters), France 24, Editions Points Publishing House, Ikea, Mumm Champagne and Puma Fragrances (L'Oréal).

Souen has been lucky to win more than 100 international and national awards, including 15 Cannes Lions (6 Gold, 6 Silver, 3 Bronze and more than 10 Shortlists), a Grand Clio, a Grand Prix Eurobest, Oneshow, ADC, Andy, D&AD, LIA, French Art Directors Club, FWA…

Souen has been honored to be part of the D&AD jury in 2012, the ADC in 2014 and the French Art Directors Club in 2015.
